Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website, used to make the site work correctly, remember your preferences, or collect usage statistics.
2. Necessary cookies
Essential to the site working — authentication session (Supabase), your chosen language, and your own cookie preference choice. Without these, parts of the site (like the client portal) don't work. They cannot be disabled.
3. Performance cookies
Used to understand how the site is used, through Google Analytics (Google), which stores the cookies "_ga" and "_ga_…" in your browser, and for aggregate traffic (Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless). Only activated if you give your consent, and no longer used, and deleted, if you withdraw it. Not used in the team's administration area.
4. Marketing cookies
May be used in the future to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, always subject to your explicit consent. We currently have no marketing tag active by default.
5. The chat widget
Our customer support widget (chat) sets its own cookies to recognise your conversation across visits. We consider these cookies necessary for customer support to function, even though they are not strictly technical.
6. How to manage your preferences
You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookie preferences" button at the bottom of this page, or by deleting cookies directly in your browser settings.
